4. Third-party services
Our contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a US-based form backend service. By submitting the form, your data is transferred to and stored by Formspree in accordance with their privacy policy. Formspree is GDPR-compliant.
5. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
6. Data retention
We retain your contact data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was submitted, or until you request deletion. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. A local storage key (websilm-lang) is stored in your browser to remember your language preference. This does not contain personal data and is not transmitted to any server.
